Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling your child in any CTUˣ Academy program.

Last updated: 1 June 2026

1. Enrollment & Registration

Enrollment in CTUˣ Academy programs is open to children aged 7–15 years. Registration is complete only after the following:

  • Submission of the online registration form with accurate information.
  • Receipt of a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from the CTUˣ Academy team.
  • Payment of the applicable program fees as quoted at time of registration.

Submitting the registration form does not guarantee a place. Places are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. CTUˣ Academy reserves the right to decline any enrollment at its discretion.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate. Incorrect information may result in enrollment cancellation without refund.

2. Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is essential to program progress. The following rules apply:

  • Minimum attendance: Students must attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions to be eligible for a completion certificate.
  • Absences: Parents must notify the academy at least 2 hours before a session if their child cannot attend.
  • Make-up sessions: CTUˣ Academy will endeavour to offer make-up sessions where capacity allows, but this is not guaranteed.
  • Repeated absences: Three or more unexplained absences may result in the student's place being forfeited, without refund, to allow another student to enroll.

Punctuality is expected. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be marked absent for that session.

3. Parent / Guardian Responsibilities

By registering their child, parents and guardians agree to:

  • Ensure their child arrives and is collected on time from every session.
  • Keep contact information (phone, WhatsApp, email) up to date with the academy.
  • Respond to academy communications within 48 hours.
  • Inform the academy of any medical conditions, special needs, or behavioural considerations that may affect the child's participation.
  • Ensure their child comes equipped with any materials specified by the instructor for that session.
  • Support their child's engagement with the program outside of sessions where reasonable.

CTUˣ Academy is not responsible for students outside of scheduled session hours and premises.

4. Student Conduct

CTUˣ Academy is committed to a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Students are expected to:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect at all times.
  • Handle equipment and materials responsibly. Deliberate damage may result in repair or replacement costs charged to the parent/guardian.
  • Refrain from any form of bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour.
  • Use devices and internet access only for program-related activities during sessions.
  • Follow instructor instructions promptly and constructively.

Serious or repeated misconduct may result in suspension or permanent removal from the program without refund. The academy's decision in such matters is final.

5. Payment Terms

Program fees are due in full upon confirmation of enrollment, unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed with the academy in writing.

  • All prices quoted are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
  • Payment must be made via the method agreed at the time of registration (bank transfer, in-person, or other approved method).
  • A place is not confirmed until full payment (or first installment, if applicable) has been received.
  • Late payment of any installment may result in the student's place being released.
  • Prices are subject to change between enrollment periods. Changes do not affect confirmed and paid enrollments.

6. Course Transfers

Requests to transfer a student to a different track, level, or session time must be submitted in writing to the academy at least 7 days before the desired transfer date.

  • Transfers are subject to availability in the desired course.
  • If the new course carries a higher fee, the difference must be paid before the transfer is confirmed.
  • If the new course carries a lower fee, the difference may be credited toward future enrollment — no cash refunds are issued for downward transfers.
  • Transfers within the first session of a new track are considered free of charge, subject to availability.

7. Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before program start: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee, provided the cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the first session.
  • Within the first session: 50% refund of program fees. Educational materials, kits, and books are non-refundable once issued.
  • After the first session: No refund on program fees. Any purchased materials, kits, or books remain the student's property.
  • Medical exception: In cases of serious illness supported by a medical certificate, a pro-rated credit for remaining sessions may be offered at the academy's discretion.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval. CTUˣ Academy reserves the right to adjust this policy in exceptional circumstances.

8. Certificates & Completion

Completion certificates are issued to students who:

  • Attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions.
  • Complete and submit all required project deliverables for that course.
  • Have no outstanding fees with the academy.

Certificates are issued digitally within 14 days of program completion. Physical certificates may be arranged at an additional cost.

CTUˣ Academy completion certificates confirm participation in the program and course-level skill attainment. They are not accredited by external examination bodies.

9. Contact & Disputes

For any queries, complaints, or disputes related to these terms, please contact us:

We will endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 5 business days. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 3 business days and resolved within 21 business days where possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any unresolved dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
